These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Auxility, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Remote for onn TV mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on iOS and Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service or the Google Play Terms of Service, respectively.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this limitation.
- You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
- You may not use the App to violate any law, infringe any rights, or interfere with networks or devices you are not authorized to control.
- You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App.
3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
The core remote is free to use. Optional premium (PRO) features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (iOS) or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions (Android).

5. Apple Standard EULA
This App is licensed, not sold, to you. If any term here conflicts with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the relevant term of Apple's standard EULA applies to the extent of the conflict. Apple's standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every onn. TV model, network, or configuration. Control depends on your local network and your TV platform's publicly documented control interface, which may change.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Auxility, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law if greater.
8. Trademarks
An independent app by Auxility, Inc. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart. onn. is a trademark of Walmart Apollo, LLC, used only to indicate device compatibility. Roku is a trademark of Roku, Inc.; Google TV and Android TV are trademarks of Google LLC.
Apple, App Store, iPhone, and iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising from these Terms or the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by in-App notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
